With over 25 years’ experience and utilising a manufacturing facility who have invested in recent years of over £4 million in new technology and state of the art manufacturing, every one of our frames are produced to the highest quality so you can be sure that in this very competitive market, Shire Window Solutions’ windows and doors are the best choice for your project!

Our managing director Stephen Morgan set up the company 10 years ago, and has dedicated the last 25 years to double-glazing installation. When Shire Windows Solutions first started, we only completed projects in the domestic market, and overtime merged our services to work with commercial contractors.

Every window or door is designed and individually manufactured to the best independently assessed standards in an ISO 9000 approved centre. In the Shire Window Solutions range there is no “standard window”, no “One size fits all”. Every single product is designed individually and tailor made to fit perfectly.

Our clients deserve the best in terms of quality, value, design and service and quite rightly, no one should accept “second best”. With our wide range of designs we have a style that really suits any home from traditional to contemporary.

Every home or building project is different, large or small, four story listed building, modern bungalow nestling in a leafy village or a new multi-home development. Each installation will be tailor made in our modern factory to best suit your specific requirements.

Meet The Team

Stephen Morgan

DIRECTOR

Steve has a huge wealth of knowledge in business, having started dealing with large Company accounts in both Europe and America whilst working in the family business at a young age. In the late 90’s Steve entered the fenestration industry in Sales and Management and quickly progressed to National Sales Trainer for a well-known Company. During this period Steve took it upon himself to familiarise himself with many of the Companies competitors’ products, giving him a valuable insight into the range of products on offer in the UK. In May 2015, Steve started Shire Window Solutions Limited with a commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality products along with high levels of service to both residential and commercial clients.

John Choppin

FENSA REGISTERED INSTALLER AND SURVEYOR

John has been with Shire Window Solutions for many years now, coming from a manufacturing and installation background stretching back to 1994. During his career John has had experience manufacturing windows and doors in both aluminium and Upvc, as well as the manufacture of Upvc conservatory roofs. John has recently been the lead installer at one of Shire Energy Solutions’ projects in Bristol where he was responsible for window and door installations for one of England’s largest building services specialists.

Tony Powell

FENSA REGISTERED INSTALLER AND SURVEYOR

When asked “How long have you been working in the industry?” Tony’s reply was “Too flipping long”. Starting out at 16, Tony has now been in the fenestration industry for 40 years. As well as being a very experienced installer, Tony is also a qualified glass cutter, sealed unit manufacturer, and holds an NVQ in stained glass manufacturing which he gained whilst working on Listed buildings, including many churches.
Tony has years of experience installing commercial windows and doors and has overseen many of Shire Window Solutions commercial projects.

Gareth Loader

INSTALLER

Gareth has been in the window and door industry since leaving school 20 years ago.
Prior to joining Shire Window Solutions Gareth was a Service Engineer for one of the UK’s largest national Companies.
An unassuming character who always has a huge grin on his face and gets on with the job with little fuss.

Andy Jenner

INSTALLER

Andy began his career with a window and door manufacturer, giving him an in depth knowledge of the mechanics of window and door construction.
He then moved on to installation and has spent the last 4 years installing upvc and aluminium windows and doors.
Andy has a great sense of humour and has become a valuable member of our team.
